In order to execute the 360? feedback for an organization, Reli-e-Marg has developed a fully automated and integrated (with others viz, project/process/appraisal management) 360 degree feedback module.

What is a 360 degree feedback

A 360 degree feedback is a method and a tool that provides each employee the opportunity to receive performance feedback from his or her supervisor and peers, reporting staff members, coworkers and customers. Most 360 degree feedback tools are also responded to by each individual in a self assessment.

A 360 degree feedback allows each individual to understand how his effectiveness as an employee, coworker, or staff member is viewed by others. The most effective 360 degree feedback processes provide feedback that is based on behaviors that other employees can see.

Overview of the Application

The module mainly has a 360° process definition wizard, and a 360° feedback reports. The definition wizard sets up and generates a 360° feedback process. As part of the process setup, the contents for the 360° feedback (skills and values/behavior), the presentation (Anonymous/Open/Grouped),selection of feedback recipients and observers, email settings(reminders/invitations/reports) are captured. Once the process setup is complete, one can start the process, so that recipients and their observers start giving the feedback to the co-ordinator. Finally the co-ordinator can release a 360° process, to all the concerned observers/managers, in order to view the feedback reports in BAR pattern and also through SPIDER PLOTS. Also the managers shall have opportunity to view the highest/least rating average across all categories for every statement.


A 360 degree feedback offers several benefits both to the individual and the organization. Based on our past experience with the implementation of other performance management tools, the effective usage of this application in conjunction with the other tools like the Appraisals Manager will offer the benefits of:
